The culture of the meal was mixed with a variety of asian cultures, ranging from Indonesia with the fried rice, china with the spring roll and honey chicken.
The meal was picked out by my own choice as I craved asian food throughout the day. The taste was great, with the savoury taste of the fried rice to the great sweetness of the honey chicken. However, being in a buffet, the honey chicken and crab balls weren’t tender, and was quiet chewy. This is not a surprise as the food would sit under the heat drying lights for many minutes.
