The dish presented is called ‘granny's signature beef soup noodles’ and was eaten at Granny’s noodle’s is located at 132 Burwood Rd, Burwood NSW . The beef noodle soup is of Chinese/Taiwanese culture, and originated in China during the Tang dynasty. The dish contained the usual egg noodles with Tender beef slices within beef stock soup, garnished with spring onion, coriander, corn and, diced carrots. The beef slices were tremendously tender, and the generous amount of soup was tasteful of beef flavour. However the noodles were fairly chewy and I felt pretty bloated. Overall, the dish wasn’t perfect, nor was it bad. I would eat this food again if a quick and satisfactory meal was needed, as it does the job to keep you warm and goes for a fair price of thirteen dollars.
