This exquisite ice cream filled chocolate sandwich comes from an incredible dessert restaurant in Sydney called "Pink Salt" in 53 Cross Street, Double Bay.
This particular dessert is called the "Secret Garden" and features an amazing range of sugary goodness. Firstly, a chocolate fudge cake bottom is filled with the most beautiful whipped cream and ice cream filling and the top of it all is a thick but hollowed out dark chocolate hat doused in mocha flavoured sauce. Sprinkled with pistachio crumble and served with caramelised bananas.
This delicious treat is served best on hot summer day, "Pink Salt" is in the heart of Double Bay so there is plenty of restaurants to go beforehand before you eat this delicious dessert!
