
This delicious Kake Udon accompanied by juicy beef Gyoza are
one of the many delicious dishes made at “Fujiyama Noobdle Bar” at 2/61-65
Albert Ave, Chatswood.
Udon is a very famous type of Japanese noodles that are
characterized by their thickness among other Japanese noodles. Kake Udon is the
simplest type of Udon, and it’s made simply adding the noodles to a flavoured
broth called “Kakejiru”, which is made by mixing Dashi fish broth, soy sauce,
and Mirin seasoning. The mixture of sweet and salty from the broth provide an
exquisite taste when eaten with the noodles. Simple, yet delicious!
Gyoza is the Japanese term for Dumplings, and those are very similar
to the Chinese ones. Beef Gyoza are flavorous packs of juicy goodness
and are make by wrapping ground beef in thin pieces of dough, which are then
sealed in the edges and pan fried. It feels mushy and tastes awesome. The flavour is
fantastic!
